This morning I wanted to do something new at the gym. I knew I wanted to work on my upper body so I looked up arms workout on Pinterest and within seconds I found hundreds of arm related workout guides.
I came across this simple, printable, workout sheet and decided to give it a go. Since there are several other workout routines in the same design style, I know if I like this workout I will have a whole range of others lined up, ready for me to pick up and hit the gym with.
One of the biggest reasons I've ended up skipping workouts in the past is because I simply didn't know what to do at the gym, which is why I think kayla's guides are so successful. Her guides are simple, straight-forward and easy to follow.
She even designated the workout days in the week for you so that you really push yourself to finish all the workouts before moving on to the next week, genius.
I thoroughly enjoyed my chest, shoulders and triceps workout this morning using this guide so I thought I'd share it with you. I also found out that the guide was created using WorkoutLabs, an online tool that allows you to create your own illustrated exercise guide. You can also create your own exercise cards - such a great idea!
Anyway my kittens, I hope you'll enjoy both the workout and this fun tool I found. I might just create one myself in the near future!
