I found this printable arms workout on Pinterest the other day. Tried it, loved it, still sore from it and will totally do it again.
Ever since I started lifting I've noticed that I've been able to do more push ups and pull ups. I much prefer building my upper body strength using weights rather than using my own body weight. I find it much less painful, yet, I see much faster results. I did over 24 weeks of BBG and even though I absolutely adored my transformation, I did not witness much arm muscle definition until I started lifting.
You can tell I've been a little obsessed with all these new workouts I find on Pinterest of late, they are just so easy to follow. Also you get to mix things up a little so you don't get bored at the gym. The best thing about them? They are free!
I find these guides to be as good as most guides I have purchased in the past. From experience, I feel as long as you eat well, drink plenty of water, lift heavy and regularly and add cardio at least 2 times a week then you see results.
Also, if you haven't already, try using My Fitness Pal to keep track of what you eat in a day to have a better understanding of the foods you're putting into your body. You can calculate your caloric intake here
Most importantly, don't forget to take progress photos! This is the most crucial part of getting fit. These photos are going to be your greatest motivation throughout your entire fitness journey.
Hope this is helpful kittens! Enjoy lifting ♡
